Founded in 1995, Eleca is located in Wuhan, China. We have about 180,000 square feet of our company, and another warehouse in Dongguan. We have about 130 employees, including 10 engineers in our R&D department. We specialize in the production of amplifiers and effect pedals. Besides our own brand Eleca and California, we also do OEM for many other companies for a long time. We make all of our electric products with RoHS compliance, and have own RoHS testing machine in order to guarantee all the components from our suppliers comply with RoHS directive. We uphold strict QC standards to produce UL, CUL, CE certified products. Our clients also value our integrated ISO 9001:2000 certified production.
We have a double-ensured QC system. In addition to the constant inspection on the production line, there is a separate QC department to undertake strict tests before every shipment. In this way, we ensure only high-quality products are delivered to our clients. We have wave soldering machines, string winding machine and surface mount device as well. We also have our own electrical machine in the factory, ensuring the impregnability of production in the busy season. Central air condition system is used in every office and dust-free workshop, providing a comfortable working environment for all staffs.
